With over 20+ years of experience, Vivek brings to the table a multi-layered body of enviable work which spans from writing & directing multiple feature length films for Yashraj films to having been the Head of Content at MTV India to srtting up the 120 Media Collective.
He has created and directed formats that have grown into household names – MTV Roadies, MTV Stunt Mania, Splitsvilla, MTV On the Job, MTV Kickass Mornings and was responsible for bringing to India, the highly acclaimed franchise Coke Studio from Pakistan.
His innovative solutions created a new division within YRF that dealt specifically with brands and advertisers for strategic partnerships where he directed and creatively supervised successful fiction shows like A Man’s World, Sex Chat with Pappu and Six Pack Band. He has also directed award-winning brand content like NEXA Journeys for Discovery which won Best Director & Best Indian Miniseries at the Indian Telivis, PDD for Nokia which won the bronze statue at the Cannes Festival in the branded content category.
As a Senior VP of the 120 Media Collective, he established an industry first practice of being an on-retainer with brands across the board. Brands like Lakme, Magnum ice creams, Ponds, Pepsi & NBA to name a few.
